No refunds are offered

• When purchasing if the issue is on your end we cannot help the only way a refund/replacement will be provided is if it is my fault

• Our prices/TOS are subject to change at any time without notice. Renewal prices are at the current price at the time of renewal.

• Unauthorized payment reversals result in permanent service restriction

Server Boost Terms

• It is up to you to read this and remember to DISABLE/KICK all ANTIRAID bots. If not and bots get kicked or banned, we won't Replace Boosts or Refund.

• Boosts cannot be transferred between servers

• If a promotion ends or a promotion is revoked by discord, I am NOT responsible and you will NOT receive a refund or a replacement. This applies to promotion links, nitro tokens, nitro boost gift link and server boosts.

• We are unable to give replacement if Boosts get revoked or Refund.

• The Invite you give us must be a permanent invite.

Discord Tools/Bots Terms

• "Lifetime" means as long as the tool/service of that tool is running.

• We can end a tool at any time without giving a refund/replacement.

• If a tool gets patched/stops working/flagged or leaked we will try to fix the issues but even if we don't you can not get a replacement.

• If a tool stops working, gets patched, gets leaked, etc we will try to fix it and update it, but even if we don't you still cannot get a refund. We can end a project at any time without giving refunds. If a new product is released due to the event of a product not being fixable, we will offer the new tool/bot at a discounted price.

Nitro Tokens Terms

• If tokens are revoked by discord in discord, we are unable to replace or compensate you in ANY form.

• If a promotion is revoked by Discord, we are unable to replace or compensate you in ANY form.

• 1-hour warranty on locked/invalid/flagged tokens.

• 10 minutes of warranty on nitro tokens, we are not responsible for anything after that.

• DO NOT log in tokens manually as there is a high chance they can lock/flag/invalidate tokens.

• DO NOT use flagged tools.

Transaction Terms

• Attempting to reverse a payment after the product has been delivered without contacting us first for assistance will lead to your Sellauth account and/or discord account being blacklisted from our shop, meaning you will lose the ability to buy from us ever again. We will also invalidate your purchased product. Since we provide digital goods and services, no refund will be issued unless the fault is on our side

• All Payments are final.

• If you had overpaid in Crypto/PayPal/Stripe or any other payment method, all the extra money is being accepted as a donation. No refunds/extra products are going to be given.

• If your payment was sent through Goods and Services, you will not receive your product or a refund before paying, we state Friends and Family Only.
